On March 17th, 2011 - A&M and BNSF teamed up to do a system-wide tour and pitch some new program ideas and freight traffic ideas. So at 5:30 a.m. that morning I got my A&M conductors uniform on and went down to Fort Smith, AR to meet and greet the A&M people and BNSF people, and while there I got a picture of it waiting to come down and load up all our passengers. They had 6 cars from the BNSF, of which 2 were dome cars! |

On March 3rd, 2012 the Union Pacific was set to deliver a 75 car loaded grain train to them around 12 p.m. in the afternoon, but a slight mixup in the power arrangement plus trackwork got the UP train into Van Buren really late, plus they had left the DPU motor on by mistake so that took another several hours, but finally around 7 p.m. our 8 C420's sitting here finally started dragging 75 Loads of grain up the hill to Springdale, AR. |

March 25th, 2012 - the UP yet again delivered another 75 car loaded grain train for the A&M to take up the hill, although this time isntead of taking all the cars and 8 C420's they only took 7 C420's and only 55 laods of grain and grabbed the other 20 on the Monday night northbound freight. |
